Steel Water Tank Warranty

20 Year Warranty. Minimum Life Prior to Corrosion

Kingspan (formally Tankworks) was established in 1934 and takes pride in manufacturing high quality, long-lasting water tanks for Australian homes and businesses.

Kingspan steel tanks come with a 20 Year Warranty against corrosion. By taking care of your tank, you can likely maximise the life of the tank well beyond this time.

Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Ltd warrants the AQUAPLATE® range of steel water tanks as follows:

20 Year minimum life prior to perforation due to corrosion, as detailed in the Bluescope AQUAPLATE® Product Warranty.
10 Year Construction Warranty covering the assembly and sealing of the tank.

Kingspan tanks come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Buyers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
