Delivery Area and Information for Poly Tanks
The standard delivery area currently serviced by The Tank Factory stretches north to Bundaberg (QLD, Australia), south to Wollongong and west to Moree (NSW, Australia). Many other areas can be serviced by request (additional freight will apply). Please contact our friendly staff for further information regarding the delivery of your Duraplas product.
Tank deliveries are available to many areas, and approximately 30 minutes on-site is allowed to enable The Tank Factory to maintain affordable freight fees. The customer is required to assist by arranging the specified number of adult, able bodied persons available at time of delivery of your tank(s).

Onsite Assistants Required
Please keep in mind that your assistance may be required on the day of delivery to ensure the safe manoeuvring of your tank to the tank pad, in compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements.
The number of assistants required to be onsite when the truck arrives, are as follows:
Slimline Urban Tower Tanks
450-1650 Litre – 1 person + driver
2000-4000 Litre – 2 people + driver
5000 Litre – 3 people + driver
Round / Cylindrical Water Tanks up to (approx)
340-10000 Litre – 1 person + driver
13500 Litre – 2 people + driver
18200 – 22700 Litre Upright – 3 people + driver
22700 Litre Squat – 34000 Litre – 4 people + driver (both the R22700SQ and R34000 require both the truck and low trailer for transport)
Underground and Underdeck Water Tanks up to (approx)
1000-2000 Litre – 2 people + driver
3000-5000 Litre – Lifting equipment required. Duraplas/The Tank Factory will Deliver tank(s) to a location of our discretion on your property (subject to truck access). Equipment, organised by the Customer, will be required to place the tank(s) into final position.

Aquaculture Tanks (except those noted below), Cattle Troughs, Garden Beds, Planta Pods – 1 person + driver
AP10,000 litre tank (Aquaculture) – Lifting equipment required onsite

Poly Tank Freight Fees (for our standard delivery area shown above) are:
For residential Rainwater tanks $150 for the 1st tank within Standard delivery zone, $75 for each tank thereafter, delivered to the same address on the same delivery vehicle at the one time.

Our tank freight fees are heavily subsidised and the required assistance is very important to ensure affordable tank delivery.
As each site is different, we will at the time of organising the delivery, try to highlight any difficulties that may hinder the delivery process. The Tank Factory’s obligation is to deliver the poly tank to your property and cannot guarantee (due to difficult access, power lines or steep terrain etc) that the tank will be placed directly onto the tank site. Once arriving on site, the delivery driver will assess what is possible and safe for all involved. If assistance cannot be provided then the hire or use of any equipment needed is at the purchasers’ expense and will need to be arranged once the driver has left the site. Our water tank deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday only – we do not deliver on weekends.

The delivery area currently serviced by Kingspan stretches north to Harvey Bay (QLD, Australia), south to greater Melbourne (VIC) and west to Dubbo (NSW, Australia). Many other areas can be serviced by request. (Delivery fees will apply (see table below). Please contact our friendly staff for further information regarding the delivery of your Kingspan steel tank.

Tank Delivery Conditions
Delivery to site with two staff

Steel Tank Delivery Information
Kingspan delivery charges include approximately 15 mins on-site.
As each site is very different, we will at the time of organizing your delivery, try to highlight any difficulties that may hinder the delivery process. Kingspan’s obligation is to deliver the steel tank to your property and cannot guarantee (due to difficult access, power lines or steep terrain, fences etc) that the tank will be placed directly onto the tank site.
The Tank Factory and Kingspan take no responsibility for any theft or damage to the tank once we have left the premises.
